Alaina and Jacob first met in 2012 at Smithville High School. Alaina was a sophomore, and Jacob was a Junior.

Something about each other sparked a connection that grew stronger with each passing day.

By Alaina’s senior year, they became inseparable, sharing dreams, laughter, and countless memories. Their young love was fun, exciting, and passionate. They believed their love was unbreakable, but life had other plans.

In 2015 they parted ways to pursue their own battles and experience life separately. As the years passed, both faced struggles and triumphs. They tried to re-spark their old love by staying in touch over the years, but it was never the right timing.

Their hearts ached with the memories of their high school love and the dreams they had once shared. There was always a connection between the two that was undeniable, even with years of separation. They both always believed deep down, that if they were meant to be, fate would bring them back together.

In 2022, fate intervened. The spark that once ignited their young love was still there, burning brighter than ever. Rekindling their romance, Alaina and Jacob embraced this chance they had been given. They understood that their separate battles had only made them stronger and more appreciative of the love they shared. Together, they have built a life filled with the same dreams and laughter they once shared in high school, but now with the wisdom and strength gained from their journeys apart.
